Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the 52 weeks ending 30th June 2024.
Introduction
Car Benefit Holdings Limited (CBH) and all subsidiary companies have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We remain committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.
Organisation Structure and Supply Chains
Car Benefit Holdings Limited (CBH) and all subsidiary companies, are collectively referred to as CBH Group. The CBH Group has over 175 employees and operates in the United Kingdom.

- Car Benefit Solutions Limited holds all intellectual property vested in the Group and provides consultancy and management services to employer clients.
- Car Benefit Finance Limited provides car benefit schemes to UK SMEs. The company provides a complete turnkey solution inclusive of funding, taking residual value and maintenance risk and providing all employee services.
- Car Benefit Loans Limited provides client employee interest free loans associated with car benefit schemes operated through Car Benefit Finance Limited and Car Benefit Car Schemes Limited.
- Car Benefit Car Schemes Limited provides solutions for employee car benefits to the UK automotive sector.
- Car Benefit Schemes LLP provides consultancy and management services to employer clients.
- Car Benefit Energy Finance Limited provides an Employee Car Ownership Scheme (ECOS) solution for a dedicated Corporate Sector client.
Some of our suppliers will have turnovers which trigger a requirement to comply with the obligation to produce a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement under the Act. In any event we actively encourage all our suppliers notwithstanding the contents of the Act to ensure that they comply with the spirit and intent of the Act.
Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
We ensure transparency across CBH Group and in our approach to modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act. This policy applies to everyone working for us or on our behalf in any capacity.
Risk Assessment, Management, and Effectiveness
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring CBH Group and all our suppliers comply with legal and ethical obligations to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place.
The CBS Compliance & Risk Manager is responsible for conducting annual reviews of all Supplier websites, including motor manufacturers, dealer groups, private sector clients, banks, funders, and suppliers to confirm the existence of Modern Slavery Statements and to update the CBS Modern Slavery Statement annually. We reserve the right to request the termination of a contract with a supplier at any time should instances of modern slavery or human trafficking be suspected or confirmed.

To ensure understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking we provide training and
internal policies for CBH Group employees.
