We’re delighted to be accredited by Best Companies for the fifth consecutive year. In 2023, we’ve also made it into the top 25 companies in two of the Q2 league tables.
At the Best Companies Live virtual event, CBS ranked at #No.3 on the UK’s business services companies list, #No.23 in the category of best mid-sized companies in the UK and No.25 in the category of top companies in the North West. In the latter categories, these are our highest rankings to date.
We moved up 10 places in the regional category and three places on the national league table. We’re thrilled with these results and are extremely proud to be a recognised as a top company regionally and nationally.

In addition to the league table results, we’ve been recognised as a two star ‘outstanding’ company to work for and we had our highest ever engagement rate of 91% from our people. Overall, 95% said feel the organisation is run on strong values and 84% of our people LOVE working at CBS.
Best Companies recognises the best businesses in the UK. Accreditation is awarded following an employee engagement survey and a comprehensive portfolio of evidence, which are assessed by Best Companies.
