We’re excited to welcome Joe Saunders to the CBS family. Joe started in the automotive industry back in 2012 at Enterprise and began focusing on the operational side at Turner Hire Drive a few years later. Prior to joining CBS, Joe spent two years at Cazoo as Fleet Operations Manager, so he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the same role at CBS.
In just 12 months, Joe grew the Cazoo fleet from 1,600 cars to 5,000 and he’ll be using some of the strategies he implemented to improve scalability here at CBS, as we continue to grow our fleet and maintain our outstanding customer experience.
He’ll be spending time getting to know our customers so he can build a great relationship from the outset and then deliver everything they need to operate their fleet efficiently – whether that be logistics, service and maintenance needs or fleet disposal, Joe is on hand to support every step of the way.
Joe was attracted to CBS by our Glassdoor reviews and was intrigued by our product portfolio, Employee Car Ownership Schemes (ECOS). Having driven a traditional company car for many years, Joe wondered how much he could have saved if he’d been driving a CBS ECOS car instead!
As we progress on our journey to become a leading provider of inclusive car benefits across all industries, this latest appointment further strengthens our Corporate Team, so we can continue to provide value adding solutions for every business.
