Motorbike manufacturer provides employee benefit to retailer network
We’ve been providing employee car benefits to the automotive and corporate sectors for many years. Recently, we’ve expanded our offering from just cars to include motorbikes as well. Our customer wanted to provide its retailer network employees with access to the latest motorbike product, at an affordable price over a short-term contract.
Following a period of consultation and system development to allow the smooth quotation process for motorbikes, the scheme successfully launched. The new programme has been a hit with the retailer network since its launch, with more than 20 retailer sites signed up and enjoying the benefits.
In addition to offering employees the chance to ride the latest motorcycles, the scheme offers employers a chance to increase employee satisfaction, boost morale, and develop brand ambassadors. It also provides a new opportunity to generate attractive used motorbike stock, all whilst counting toward retailer targets. Retailers have full control over the bikes that they offer to their staff.
