The need for reassurance was key
The expansion of brands and dealer sites meant taking on new staff so as a group it was important and a key focus to offer a competitive and consistent benefits package to all employees. However, with this comes the need for structured processes to ensure employee benefits are managed well and work efficiently for all parties.
We worked closely with our customer to update its internal group policy for providing employee car benefits, forming a clearer process for new starters joining the business.
Consultative support to create a tailored system for car benefits
Assistance was provided to create a new group policy, which fulfilled the requirements for a clearer structure for their car scheme.
Together with our customer we defined the eligibility criteria, which outlined employees must successfully complete their six-month probation period before having access to a CBS car. It summarised the benefits and restrictions of the second car offering, whereby employees can have an additional car for an immediate family member only and listed the expectations of the vehicle upkeep to ensure cars are returned in good condition.
Delivering custom materials for CBS car schemes
With a new internal process and policy we designed a bespoke order form for employees, streamlined the ordering process then created a bespoke employee pack by the CBS internal creative agency, which was distributed to all the business. This ensured the business remains in full control of the vehicle quoting and ordering process, with employees kept up-to-date with progress.
Our client now has full reassurance that their CBS car scheme is running efficiently, admin has been reduced, is compliance and that they are in full control of their employee car benefit scheme.
