Please contact the CBS Helpdesk if you’re having any problems accessing your user details or logging in.

You can generate a quote on the CBS Portal, or via your employer depending on your account set-up. Please note, some employers may wish to approve your account before you can start quoting on vehicles. If your account requires approval, you will see a message on the dashboard.

Please contact the CBS Helpdesk if you have any queries around quoting.

Log in to the CBS Portal and select the driver dashboard button. Click the quotations tab to view your current quotes and use the plus symbol to expand the quote details. If you’re unable to see any quotes in this view, contact your scheme coordinator.

If you’re currently in a CBS car and coming towards the end of your contract, we can help you to generate a new quote and place an order.

You’ll need to answer your security question to unlock your account. Contact the CBS Helpdesk and they will provide assistance.

If all or part of our interest in the Agreement is purchased, assigned or transferred then the purchaser, assignee or transferee may search your record at credit reference agencies. The credit reference agencies will add to your records details of the search and this will be seen by other organisations that make searches. It is therefore important that you give us accurate information.
