Has your role changed since you joined CBS? 
I started as an Apprentice Business Analyst in 2018, progressed to Junior Business Analyst in 2020, to Business Analyst in 2021. Then at the beginning of 2023 I transitioned to the D365 team as a Power Platform Associate.
What parts of your current role bring you the greatest amount of job satisfaction? 
I enjoy the constant learning aspect, and the fact I am giving the time to dedicate towards this.
What would be the best advice you could give to a new recruit at CBS?  
I'd say getting to know some of the ins and outs of the other departments outside your own, I think it really opens your eyes to how much work everyone puts in and what makes CBS tick! 

What do you value most about working at CBS?  
The two main things I value working at CBS include: 

1. The progression and learning opportunities available.
2. Support and guidance from team leaders and managers. 
Jen Archer 
Customer Support Specialist
How has your role changed since joining CBS?
I joined CBS in 2022 as a Customer Experience Executive, where I handled incoming calls, emails, and Online Chat. After two years in that role, I progressed to a Support Specialist within the Customer Experience Team. Now, I focus on resolving more complex queries and driving process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
What aspects of our current role bring you the greatest amount of job satisfaction?
In my current role, every day truly feels like a learning opportunity. There’s always something new to discover, which is one of the things I enjoy most. No two days are ever the same, and that variety keeps the work both exciting and rewarding.
How would you describe your team culture in three words?  
Rewarding, supportive and motivating.
What would be the best advice you could give to a new recruit at CBS?  
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, everyone at CBS is approachable and willing to help you grow and succeed. If you have an idea that could improve the way we work, speak up! Your input is valued, and innovation is always welcome.
What do you value most about working at CBS?
The employee car scheme we're offered internally is a standout perk that makes a real difference as I'm able to get a brand-new vehicle without having to worry (for a good price). Ultimately for me though, it’s the way CBS supports a work-life balance and understands the importance of flexibility. It’s a place where you feel looked after both professionally and personally, and I think that's what sets CBS apart.

Has your role changed since you joined CBS? 
I started as a Graduate Business Analyst, moving to Business Analyst March 2023. I then took on the role of Agile Project Manager in July 2024 moving to Senior Project Lead in May 2025.
What parts of your current role bring you the greatest amount of job satisfaction? 
Delivering value adding projects and working with a variety of stakeholders.
How would you describe your team culture in three words? 
Family, supportive and welcoming.
What would be the best advice you could give to a new recruit at CBS?  
Have a willingness to learn as many opportunities will come your way if you do so.
What do you value most about working at CBS?  
I feel so valued and seen as an individual, not just a number. I also love the fact we are like a family and support each other when times are challenging but also recognising the achievements.
