I have never worked anywhere that has a positive culture like CBS - everyone is encouraged to learn, develop and succeed. Senior management are extremely approachable and employees’ opinions are listened to. You only have to look at the length of service of many staff and the number of people who want to come back after they leave to see this is a great business to be part of.

I started with CBS nearly 16 years ago and it still retains the family feel and it's the best company I've ever worked for. The directors are always available and I count them more as friends rather than my employers.
The induction process is second to none, I have been given the opportunity to understand the business first and foremost, while taking on a small number of tasks. There is no stress or pressure to perform immediately, which is a refreshing change. Instead, I am being allowed to set myself up for success with guidance and support from my line manager and the wider team, so I will be able to add value to the business.
